Job Description

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. Identify new opportunities for expansion and optimization of online sales channels.
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website to ensure a seamless user experience and drive conversions. Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM). Create compelling content and visuals to engage and attract target audiences.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility. Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Utilize email marketing and other CRM tools to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze online sales performance, website traffic, and digital marketing metrics. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt and efficient customer support for online inquiries, orders, and issues. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the online sales process.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with relevant online platforms, influencers, and affiliates to expand brand reach and drive sales.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online sales and marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: At least Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Language: Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written), Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, website management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
