To develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity (IP) and retail business goals, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable results.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and propose annual and monthly marketing plans that align with the company’s brand IP, image, and retail strategy.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products, events, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all visuals, content, and messages reflect the brand’s identity.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, digital ads, and promotional content to ensure consistent tone and branding.
• Coordinate with retail teams to create in-store marketing materials, displays, and campaign executions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, traffic, conversion).
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Support in organizing brand events, product launches, collaborations, and retail promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, and brand partners.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong interest and passion for marketing, branding, and retail industry.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and committed to delivering quality results.
