Job Description
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
- Support areas of improvement to customers for manufacturing and process feasibility on new models development
- Resolve customers / engineering and management project issues to ensure KPIs are delivered
- Accountable for succesful completion of engineering projects
- Lead and drive project team towards achieving customer schedules and objective, thus conforming to customer requirements
- Prepare related documents (BOM, work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan & etc.)
- Support new product introduction (NPI), strategic projects and engineering change activities
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawing and documentation
- PPAP report verification
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in project injection molding process
- Prefer 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for the position
- Strong interpersonal and able to communicate with all level
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skill
- Able to work independently and in the team with minimun supervision
- Other responsibilities as and when job assigned by Management
