<li>Support areas of improvement to customers for manufacturing and process feasibility on new models development</li>
<li>Resolve customers / engineering and management project issues to ensure KPIs are delivered</li>
<li>Accountable for succesful completion of engineering projects</li>
<li>Lead and drive project team towards achieving customer schedules and objective, thus conforming to customer requirements</li>
<li>Prepare related documents (BOM, work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan &amp; etc.)</li>
<li>Support new product introduction (NPI), strategic projects and engineering change activities</li>
<li>Prepare and review technical reports, drawing and documentation</li>
<li>PPAP report verification</li>
