<p>As part of the Technical Support team, you'll troubleshoot real-world technical issues, analyze source code, and support internal teams to ensure product stability. You'll also collaborate closely with Development, Customer Support, and Business Development to resolve escalations and improve overall performance.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Level 2 Technical Support</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Analyze source code to assist in debugging issues reported by internal teams.</li>
<li>Support Customer Support and Sales with technical queries, troubleshooting, and quick dev tools.</li>
<li>Handle escalated issues requiring deeper technical investigation.</li>
<li>Verify bugs, replicate reported issues, and document findings clearly.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs.</li>
<li>Run scripts, generate reports, and provide data insights as needed.</li>
<li>Identify and provide feedback on recurring system issues or bugs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>2. Level 3 Technical Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis on critical or recurring technical issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex problems using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Developers to resolve application or infrastructure-level bugs.</li>
<li>Monitor application health and ensure systems are functioning as expected.</li>
<li>Develop scripts or tools to assist in diagnostics, testing, or automation.</li>
<li>Contribute to system health monitoring and process improvements.</li>
<li>Document technical solutions and investigation workflows.</li>
</ul>
