In the Senior Customer Service role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our merchants through inbound calls, live chat, and email by resolving complex issues across the StoreHub platform and its suite of products. As an escalation point for frontline agents, you will take ownership of advanced cases while collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure root cause resolution. Your role will also play a key part in continuously improving the overall customer experience by identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
