Job Description

• Ensure daily store operations comply with company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order, and manage merchandise to ensure consistent stock availability.
• Optimize the effective and economical use of staff within the retail operations department to achieve departmental objectives.
• Promote professionalism and positive work ethics among retail operations staff.
• Guide and maintain proper systems and processes for all store activities.
• Deputize and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping at all times.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in retail operations.
• Possess own transport and willing to be based at retail store locations.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
