Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure the current levels of inventory are maintained.
  • Coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods.
  • Track orders and investigate any issues that arise.
  • Record purchases and maintain a database of inventory.
  • Conduct physical counts and reconcile them with the system.
  • Process returns according to established procedures.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry.
  • Conduct bi-weekly cycle counts of inventory materials.
  • Assist in conducting the physical inventory count.
  • Ensure inventory areas follow the system.
  • Assist the IT support team in preparation tasks such as hardware setup and record-keeping. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirement: SPM or equivalent education.
  • Experience needed: to 3 years of strong knowledge in inventory and operation management.
  • Must have good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using ERP and computer software.
  • Must pay attention to details and possess good and effective communication and interpersonal skills especially between departments.
  • Self-motivated and team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in ISO compliance is an advantage.
