<li>Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and system integration testing.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.</li>
<li>Execute predefined test cases to detect software defects and provide detailed documentation for effective resolution.</li>
<li>Advocate for the resolution of critical defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely bug fixes.</li>
<li>Automate repetitive test cases using automation tools or AI-assisted frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).</li>
<li>Assist in creating and maintaining test data to support various testing scenarios and ensure real-world simulation.</li>
<li>Help set up and configure test environments, ensuring they closely resemble production conditions.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and replicate/document software defects.</li>
<li>Analyze test results, identify trends, and contribute insights to enhance software quality.</li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and best practices to drive continuous process improvements.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of learning, open communication, and high-quality standards within the QA team.</li>
<li>Other ad hoc tasks that could be assigned from time to time.</li>
