Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
- Provide direction and leadership to staff in the efficient operations of the hotel.
- Formulates Hotel Operational Plan and Budget to support the Company’s overall short and long term Business Plan.
- Initiates programs to promote proper team members' orientation and training and ensures the highest morale amongst the team.
- Promote and develop the hotel business base.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in the management role within the hospitality industry.
- Ability in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
- Ready to relocate anywhere in Malaysia.
- High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work long hours independently.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
