What you will be doing

• Assist in monthly management reporting, cashflow, budget & costing
• Handle collections, invoices, and cash flow updates. 
• Process AP payments, staff claims, and advances
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain ISO documentation and compliance
• Assist monthly closing, trial balance, and finance operations
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, and internal teams

Job Requirements

Who We are Looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 1-2 years accounting experience & Fresh graduates are welcome (Assistant level)
• 2–5 years’ experience for Executive level
• Familiar with accounting systems (Familiar with AutoCount is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office & accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
