Sword Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd manages the full scope of elevator and escalator projects in Malaysia, covering design, installation, servicing, and maintenance. As a subsidiary of Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd, our operations follow all required safety and regulatory standards, ensuring a stable and professional working environment for our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle the preparation and issuance of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor client accounts and keep track of outstanding payments.
• Reach out to client for payment reminders in a professional way.
• Prepare AR aging reports and client statements for management.
• Record incoming payments, perform matching and reconciliation, and resolve any discrepancies quickly.
• Support the month-end closing process to ensure AR data is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure a smooth collection cycle.
• Assist with general finance and administrative tasks whenever needed.

Job Requirements

 Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Own transport is an advantage (for field collection if needed, claims will be provided if any).
