Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.<h2>Job Responsibilities :</h2>Mainly managing merchant risk and performing new/existing business &amp; product risk assessment, as well as assisting business continuity management, enterprise, operational &amp; technology risk for Razer Fintech group level across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia as per following:<ul><li>Establish and implement Merchant &amp; Third-Party Agent/Partner Risk Management framework, tools, methodologies and processes to analyse and report merchant risk profile and scoring matrix.</li><li>Review, enhance and update existing internal documentations such as Merchant Onboarding and Third-Party Agent/Partner Selection framework and SOPs.</li><li>Assist sales and operation teams to perform due diligence processes related to Merchant Risk, Third Party Agent/Partner &amp; KYC/Onboarding related matters.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc tasks such as New and/or Existing Business &amp; Product Risk Assessment and provide risk related advisory to various stakeholders.</li><li>Build up a risk management culture and awareness within the company.</li></ul><div></div><h2>Pre-Requisites :</h2>Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in a specific industry (e.g., banking, insurance, fintech) is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software MS Word, Ms Excel &amp; Ms PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience conducting due diligence/KYC is a plus.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments for projects and products.</li><li>Provide risk advisory on the exceptional handling cases and including recommended solutions.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Relevant professional certifications, such as Bank Risk Management or Financial Risk Management, will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Analytical Skills<ul><li>Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.</li></ul><div></div>Team player and able to work effectively with diverse teams.Are you game?
