Job Description

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
   
• Manage and expand local customer accounts in Malaysia, including client meetings, needs analysis, proposal preparation, and project follow-ups.
   
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements to sales strategies.
   
• Support and coordinate with the sales team, track KPIs, and ensure overall team performance.
   
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to drive business projects and ensure smooth execution.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
   
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Team Lead is an added advantage.
   
• Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and strong business development capabilities.
   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; able to prepare professional reports and presentations.
   
• Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
