Your dedication to excellence, strong communication skills, and commitment to compliance will be instrumental in driving the success of our merchant onboarding function.Merchant Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in the onboarding process, including reviewing applications and performing basic KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.</li><li>Help merchants with the integration onto the payment gateway platform, ensuring smooth setup and addressing minor issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and interactions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.</li></ul>Merchant Support<ul><li>Provide first-level support for account setup and payment gateway integration, guiding merchants through basic registration and testing.</li><li>Monitor and respond to support tickets, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline processes.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better assist merchants.</li></ul>Compliance and Regulatory Oversight<ul><li>Assist in ensuring that onboarding procedures follow basic compliance requirements, including KYC/KYB checks.</li><li>Help to ensure compliance with relevant regulations</li></ul>Risk Management<ul><li>Support the implementation of risk management policies</li><li>Help review merchant accounts for potential risks and report findings to relevant teams.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Support efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, assisting in resolving their concerns promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless onboarding and support.</li></ul>Reporting and Analysis<ul><li>Assist in the generation of reports related to merchant onboarding and support activities.</li><li>Help analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and operational efficiency.</li></ul><h2>Pre-Requisites :</h2><ul><li>Diploma in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in merchant operations, payment processing, or related fields.</li><li>Basic understanding of payment industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, PSD2, and GDPR.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance measures is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting tools.
