We are on a mission to rapidly grow Xantheia’s YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels presence — and we’re looking for a creative, sharp, and ambitious content creator who knows how to spot trends, create engaging content, and help scale social reach. You’ll work directly with Xantheia and her core team to build viral short-form content and be part of her growth journey.

Starting part-time with plenty of room to grow into a full-time long-term position as the brand expands.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and analytical individual to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for social media trends and the ability to turn insights into engaging short-form video content. This role involves both data-driven analysis and creative content production to drive growth and engagement on platforms like YouTube Shorts.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Analysis: Monitor social media platforms to identify trending topics, sounds, and hashtags. Provide regular reports and suggestions for content opportunities.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Reels) using provided templates and creative input.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze video performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategy with overall brand goals and campaigns.
• Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep content engaging and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in social media analysis and content creation, particularly with short-form video platforms. More favourable if you have worked with influencers.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Creativity: A good eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.
• Tools: Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and social media analytics tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Hours & Compensation:

• Hours: Flexible, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
