<li>Take design &amp; technical input from Director, Clients and contractors and to pass accurate information to junior designers/freelancers to produce 3D visuals &amp; technical drawings</li>
<li>To initiate &amp; develop design ideas for junior designers to visualize using 3dmax/Sketchup equivalent software</li>
<li>To assist in 3D drawings when needed</li>
<li>To assist in preparing autocad drawings when needed (layout plans, fit out &amp; carpentry drawings)</li>
<li>To check design &amp; technical drawings on behalf of Design Director</li>
<li>To check materials &amp; colors selection before final approval by Design Director&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proactive in identifying &amp; highlighting urgent &amp; critical issues first</li>
<li>Site supervision to ensure craftmanship quality when needed</li>
<li>To assist in after sales service coordination when needed</li>
<li>To assist in project procurement when needed</li>
<li>To assist QS in Bill of Quantities preparation when needed</li>
<li>To assist Project designer in site coordination when needed</li>
<li>Ad hoc tasks assigned by management when needed</li>
</ul>
