Job Description
Event Setup & Preparation
- Assist in setting up buffet lines, dining areas, tables, chairs, and decorations
- Ensure all equipment, utensils, and food stations are properly arranged
- Check cleanliness and readiness before event starts
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally
- Refill buffet trays and ensure food availability at all times
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Customer Service
- Greet guests politely and assist with their needs
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience
Event Support
- Coordinate with kitchen and event supervisors
- Follow instructions from team leaders during events
- Handle basic issues or escalate to supervisor when needed
Clean-Up & Closing
- Clear tables and clean dining areas
- Assist in packing and storing equipment after event
- Ensure venue is left clean and organized
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Prior experience in catering, F&B, or events is an advantage
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Good teamwork and communication skills
