• ⁠ ⁠Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of our SaaS platform.
• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with development teams to identify, replicate, and document software defects.
• ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute automated and manual tests for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools.
• ⁠ ⁠Utilize GitLab for bug tracking and issue tracking.
• ⁠ ⁠Incorporate AI tools for enhancing documentation accuracy and efficiency.
• ⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye on deadlines and quality standards.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing tools, trends, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement within the QA team.
• ⁠ ⁠Foster a culture of learning, open communication, and high standards within the team

Job Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in documenting test cases and scripts, with experience using AI for documentation preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• ⁠ ⁠A proactive, team player mindset with a continuous learning attitude and the ability to uphold high standards.
• ⁠ Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is a plus.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like GitLab is a plus.
• ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of API testing with Postman / Jmeter is a plus.
