This is not your average desk job. You’ll work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience across retail operations, marketing, and e-commerce. From visiting store shelves to creating Reels, from helping roll out retail campaigns to managing online storefronts — no two days are the same.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

Marketing & Community Building

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Work with content creators, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality output.
• Assist in content creation across social media platforms (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)
• Engage with our online community — replying to comments/messages and identifying engagement opportunities
• Support events and pop-up activations when required

Retail & B2B Support

• Assist with onboarding and setting up new retail partners (e.g. entering store systems, arranging POS materials)
• Manage and coordinate B2B fulfillment processes, including delivery scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Manage merchandiser schedules and routes across retail outlets
• Conduct regular check-ins with merchandisers to ensure proper display, stock levels, and product visibility
• Track and report on in-store performance, including photos and display audits

E-Commerce Platform Support

• Manage and update promotional banners, pricing, and product listings on Shopee, Shopify and TikTok Shop
• Coordinate the rollout of campaign mechanics, vouchers, and promo periods
• Support day-to-day maintenance of online storefronts, including ensuring listings and visuals are up to date

Administrative & General Support

• Jump into any area of the business that needs momentum—content creation, pop-up logistics, team hiring, customer insights, etc.
• Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshoot ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

If you’re…

• A fresh graduate or early-career talent excited to work in branding, marketing or product.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, and basic skills in Excel (basic formulas + formatting). Has basic Canva skills and a good visual eye.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to try and learn.
• Passionate about consumer products, lifestyle brands, and storytelling.
• Enjoys working closely with a founder and thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
