This is not your average desk job. You’ll work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience across retail operations, marketing, and e-commerce. From visiting store shelves to creating Reels, from helping roll out retail campaigns to managing online storefronts — no two days are the same.

Job Scope &amp; Responsibilities:
Marketing &amp; Community Building
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.</li>
<li>Work with content creators, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality output.</li>
<li>Assist in content creation across social media platforms (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)</li>
<li>Engage with our online community — replying to comments/messages and identifying engagement opportunities</li>
<li>Support events and pop-up activations when required</li>
</ul>
Retail &amp; B2B Support
<ul>
<li>Assist with onboarding and setting up new retail partners (e.g. entering store systems, arranging POS materials)</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate B2B fulfillment processes, including delivery scheduling, and administrative tasks</li>
<li>Manage merchandiser schedules and routes across retail outlets</li>
<li>Conduct regular check-ins with merchandisers to ensure proper display, stock levels, and product visibility</li>
<li>Track and report on in-store performance, including photos and display audits</li>
</ul>
E-Commerce Platform Support
<ul>
<li>Manage and update promotional banners, pricing, and product listings on Shopee, Shopify and TikTok Shop</li>
<li>Coordinate the rollout of campaign mechanics, vouchers, and promo periods</li>
<li>Support day-to-day maintenance of online storefronts, including ensuring listings and visuals are up to date</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; General Support
<ul>
<li>Jump into any area of the business that needs momentum—content creation, pop-up logistics, team hiring, customer insights, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports</li>
<li>Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshoot ad-hoc tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
