We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern who’s eager to get real, hands-on experience in growing a consumer brand. You’ll work directly with our team and be involved in everything from content creation to campaign rollouts and retail support. No two days will look the same — and you’ll walk away with a behind-the-scenes understanding of how a fast-growing FMCG brand operates.

What You’ll Do (Don’t worry — we’ll guide you!)

📣 Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in content ideation, filming, and editing for social media (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
  
• Help manage our posting schedule and update content calendars
   
• Join campaign brainstorms and assist with rollout coordination
   
• Reply to DMs, comments, and support the online community
   

🛍 Retail & Brand Activation Support

• Help prepare POS materials for retail partners and pop-ups
   
• Visit retail stores to check product displays and take photos
   
• Support event setups and weekend activations (on occasion)
   

🛒 E-Commerce Support

• Assist with uploading product listings and updating visuals on platforms like Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
   
• Track and report simple metrics (e.g. weekly sales, campaign voucher usage)
   

📝 Admin & Team Support

• Help with simple research, competitor checks, and campaign decks
   
• Support team coordination through scheduling, follow-ups, and prep work
   
• Be ready to jump into small but meaningful tasks that make everything run smoother!

Job Requirements

• A university student or recent graduate looking for hands-on brand-building experience
   
• Familiar with Canva, Google Docs, Slides, and basic Excel
   
• Loves TikTok, Instagram, and keeps up with digital trends
   
• Curious, proactive, and always willing to learn something new
   
• Passionate about consumer products and excited to be part of a growing Malaysian brand
   
• Bonus: Has a creative eye or loves shooting/editing content!
