Job Description
Digital Platform & Admin
- Maintain and update website content (WordPress or CMS)
- Manage class bookings, email flows and student data via Momence (class booking) platform
- Ensure all digital listings and program details are up-to-date
Social Media & Content
- Plan, design & publish content on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Capture real-time photos/videos of events and classes
- Create reels, visual posts, and schedule them (Canva, Meta Suite, CapCut etc.)
Digital Marketing
- Run basic Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads
- Create monthly email newsletters and campaigns
- Optimize SEO for blog/website content
Support & Coordination
- Liaise with front desk team and yoga teachers for promotions and updates
- Provide backend support for workshops, courses and digital products
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing / social media / admin / AI tools
- Strong writing and design skills (English)
- Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, Meta Business Suite
- Organized, proactive and interested in wellness or yoga
- Bonus: Background in yoga, fitness, or creative arts
