Job Description

  •  Monitor and manage company website, social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, XHS, TIK TOK.
  •  Create, plan and develop marketing campaign and strategy for company events including designing event posters and layout.
  •  Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the latest digital and social media trends.
  •  Assist in marketing activities such as operation task for before and during events, set up, dismantle, events workshop and activities.
  •  Conduct marketing research of events in shopping malls and exhibition halls.
  •  Good time management and able to work in a team to complete tasks on time, including any ad-hoc work given by superior from time to time.
  •  Being creative and able to propose good event ideas to company will be encourage.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

  • 5 working days (9am – 6.30pm)
  • Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts/pages, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Possess creative content writing & digital / social media skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail. 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English & Mandarin 
  • Knowledge skill(s) in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, basic video editing.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras and posses own transport.
