About the Job
The Brand Executive role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our brand campaigns process from start to finish, including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of all marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio.&nbsp;
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for executing campaigns for Shopify store and all marketplace platforms.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact (project manager) and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives &amp; operations stakeholders), and initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies.</li>
<li>Supporting the Brand team in driving growth &amp; product performance including: Influencer marketing/sourcing, PR releases, eCommerce store optimizations, marketing campaign</li>
<li>Ensuring website functionality &amp; integrity, UI/UX front end changes.</li>
<li>Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).</li>
<li>Coordinate with our Customer Experience team and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio.</li>
<li>Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the acquisition and migration processes.</li>
<li>Day-to-day tasks include setting up the data room, coordinating meetings, managing logistics, and coordinating follow up activities.</li>
<li>Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints.</li>
<li>Proactively manage changes in project/campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.</li>
<li>Social media community management</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc matters.</li>
</ul>
