Job Description

  • To perform daily planning, arrangement, coordination, pre-alert, monitoring, and execution of transporters collection and delivery of shipments for customers.
  • To utilize the company system for planning, costing allocation.
  • To achieve daily and monthly KPI i.e. Delivery On-Time, Out for Delivery On-Time.
  • To drive improvement from time to time in processes, gaps analysis, costing, and any other areas deemed critical for high service level.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet the timely delivery goal.
  • Dealing with delivery complaints, external warehouse and customer return, cancelation delivery, follow up with an outstanding delivery schedule, and other queries accordingly.
  • To assist senior supervisor with the related jobscopes.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably a Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain/ Logistics/Transport or any other field.
  • Knowledge of Logistics or Transport system will be an advantage.
  • Good attitude, strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, responsible & a team player.
  • Experience in handling deliveries would be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
