Customer Experience &amp; Service Quality

<li>Maintain a warm and professional environment</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and service recovery.</li>
<li>Ensure product presentation, taste, and service standards consistently meet company expectations.</li>

Inventory &amp; Cost Management

<li>Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment.</li>
