COMPANY FOCUS

<li>To oversee overall project activities and take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.</li>
<li>To liaise and coordination with clients, contractor, sub-contractors, carpentry, supplier and relevant authorities to ensure execution and quality plan and execution of the contract requirements.</li>
<li>To plan and execute manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project</li>
<li>To manage &amp; monitor supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites and to motivate the entire team.</li>
<li>Coordinate with all relevant department and work as a team.</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progressive reports &amp; updates with designer and management.</li>
<li>To reports and develop remedial measures if necessary</li>
<li>To attend all related meeting as required.</li>
<li>Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.</li>
<li>Monitoring safety &amp; regulations on-site.</li>
<li>Problem-solving on site to address any issues: Able to arrange and coordinate meeting with all relevant parties to resolve all the design and construction matters.</li>
<li>Handle &amp; manage defect works.</li>
<li>Ensure that the project is completely handed over without any issues &amp; within timeline.</li>
<li>To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.</li>
<li>All your works are compulsory save in company’s server and follow SUA ISO procedure.</li>
<li>To complete any ad-hoc tack given by company</li>
