Our Company Culture

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and full set of accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing month-end and year-end closings, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting and tax regulations relevant to the GPS services industry. If you take satisfaction in handling full-set accounts and delivering precise financial reports, we warmly welcome you to be part of our team.&nbsp;
What You’ll Be Doing:&nbsp;
Bank Reconciliation &amp; Payment Arrange:&nbsp;
● Record and reconcile bank deposits and payments, identify and correct discrepancies, and supervise the preparation of account reconciliations.&nbsp;
● Arrange payments to local and international vendors, process overpayment refunds to customers, handle employee claim payouts, and ensure timely release of statutory payments from the bank.&nbsp;

Month-end and Year-end Closing:&nbsp;
● Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.&nbsp;
● Safeguard the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and records.&nbsp;
● Participate in annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.&nbsp;

Business Performance Reporting:&nbsp;
● Prepare monthly sales and customer trend analysis reports to track product performance, customer growth, and revenue patterns.&nbsp;
● Maintain and enhance reporting templates using advanced Excel formulas (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH).&nbsp;
● Provide analytical insights on business performance to support management decisions.&nbsp;
