Job Description

 

Responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and office coordination. Able to work independently, identify issues, and solve work-related problems with minimal supervision. Ensure records are accurate, organized, and tasks are completed on time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Manage data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Prepare basic reports and support management when required

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum diploma or relevant qualification
  • Familiar with accounting software for data entry, invoicing, and reporting. (SQL etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Able to solve problems independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
