Build a career and you can be part of transforming our business while helping to change millions of lives.Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design and deployment of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models and PowerBI Reporting Insight solutions to support business needs and strategic objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)/Power BI solutions.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, master data management, and alignment with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Core Model standards.</li><li>Manage project teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and change requests are effectively handled.</li><li>Oversee testing, user acceptance, and knowledge transfer to Controlling Operations teams.</li><li>Drive best practice sharing, continuous improvement, and process standardization.</li><li>Implement change management strategies and communication plans for successful adoption.</li><li>Actively contribute to project governance, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.
