<li>Manage complex models within the company's financial model, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.</li>
<li>Coordinates and leads the company forecasting activities and annual budgeting process.</li>
<li>Insightful analysis and interpretation of variances, against forecast and budget expectations.</li>
<li>Identify the critical cost area and propose cost improvement to business units.</li>
<li>Evaluating previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.<br></li>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>Decision Support &amp; Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with business units to provide insights into performance and efficiency to facilitate achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI).</li>
<li>Construct financial models to perform financial analysis to support business decisions.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards to communicate key financial metrics to the management team.</li>
<li>Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts and profitability.</li>
<li>Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports when needed to support decision-making.<br></li>
