Scandy’s was founded to bring Sweden’s iconic pick &amp; mix candy culture to Asia - and to reimagine what candy retail can be. After years of building consumer businesses across Asia, our founder saw a clear gap: while categories like coffee, gelato and bubble tea have evolved into modern lifestyle brands, candy retail has largely been left behind. Scandy’s changes that.

We build playful, design-led candy experiences across physical and digital channels, from mobile pop-ups and TikTok to flagship stores in major Asian cities. Our goal is to turn candy into a contemporary retail concept that’s experiential, data-driven and scalable. We’re an early-stage, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have real ownership, move fast, and help shape a brand from the ground up.

We create fun, colourful pop-ups where customers build their own candy mix while experiencing a unique retail concept combining experience, community, and social media.
We’re a young startup building something new - and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey from the beginning.

The role
We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving team member to help run our Swedish candy pop-up and create simple social media content during shifts. This is a project-based contract role, with potential to extend or convert into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
📍 Location: Mont Kiara
🕒 Approx. 3 days per week (flexible scheduling)

What you’ll be doing
🍬 Running the candy cart on-site
🍬 Engaging customers and introducing the Swedish pick &amp; mix concept
🍬 Creating simple TikTok / Instagram content during shifts
🍬 Helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
🍬 Supporting launches, pop-ups and brand activations
🍬 Being part of building a new lifestyle brand from the ground up

This job is a part-time Brand Crew member at Scandy’s Pop-up Store, where you’ll help customers create their own candy mixes and bring joy to their experience. You might like this job because it’s fun, flexible, and a chance to shape a new candy brand! 🍭
