In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Schneider’s comprehensive range of cooling and refrigeration products, including UPS, STS, PTU, battery solutions, and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of power systems.&nbsp;What will you do?<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Installation and commissioning of UPS system within data centers, ensuring proper setup, integration, and optimal performance.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on UPS systems. Troubleshoot UPS system, PTU, resolving them quickly to minimize downtime.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Maintenance / Repair : The candidate will be expected to complete planned and unscheduled maintenance on the Schneider Electric product range. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">Maintain accurate service records, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Provide clients with clear reports on system status and recommended actions.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Build and maintain client relationships by providing expert advice on system optimization, cooling loads, and thermal management to ensure peak operational performance.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure all service work adheres to safety standards, regulations, and best practices, creating a safe work environment at all times.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, prioritize repairs, and restore cooling systems swiftly to minimize disruptions to critical data center operations.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">24x7 on Call: The candidate will need to be prepared to attend customer sites at short notice to perform diagnosis and repairs. </li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp;What qualifications will make you successful?&nbsp;<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or related field (preferred). </li><li style="text-align: justify;">Prior experience on UPS and Cooling in Data Centre will be a strong advantage.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UPS field services, with a focus on data centers or high-performance environments.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">In-depth knowledge of UPS, electrical systems, PTU systems and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software for UPS systems.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Must be able to communication with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li style="color: #2e3849; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;">Willing to based at clients' site.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What’s in it for me? <ul><li>Global Family Leave</li><li>Comprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents</li><li>Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership</li><li>…and more!</li></ul>&nbsp;Let us learn about you!
