✨ Service Engineer (Semiconductor) ✨

💼 Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer sites (local & overseas).
   
• Prepare clear and detailed service reports, including feedback on machine performance and technical issues.
   
• Update management and relevant teams on job progress and activities.
   
• Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with HQ and Sales teams to ensure timely solutions.
   
• Conduct customer training on proper machine operation at their site.
   
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Job Requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.
   
• Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus — but fresh graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply!
   
• Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
   
• Ability to communicate in Japanese is an added advantage.
   
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel when needed.
   
• Mature, independent, and able to manage tasks responsibly.
   
• A trustworthy team player with high integrity and professionalism.
