<h2>💼 Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide hands-on technical support for machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer sites (local &amp; overseas). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare clear and detailed service reports, including feedback on machine performance and technical issues. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Update management and relevant teams on job progress and activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with HQ and Sales teams to ensure timely solutions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct customer training on proper machine operation at their site. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.</li>
</ul>
