Perfect for university students completing an industrial placement or fresh graduate majoring in Mass Comm, PR, Marketing, Event Management or similar.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Assist with corporate and stakeholder events – help plan and run campaigns (challenges, polls, etc), PR & media outreach and town-halls from brainstorming to on-site support.
• Building communities for our Brands – nurture lively online and offline communities around SEDANIA’s businesses: Sustainable Brands, Sustainable Consumer Technology and Sustainable Energy.
• Drive employee vibes – support in organising festive celebrations, team-building activities and internal campaigns that spread SEDANIA’s values and happy workplace culture.
• Support VIPs & stakeholder care – prepare briefing notes, guest lists and assist with protocol so our leaders and partners feel welcomed.
• Learn vital Comms metrics – help track event expenses & budgets, compile post-event feedback and measure returns so every activity keeps improving.

Job Requirements

What You Should Have

• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and BM (competence in other languages would be advantageous).
• Committed, organised, detail-oriented, and eager to juggle several tasks.
• Energised and positive attitude, team player, willing to work some evenings / weekends when events happen (as needed).
