Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
New Media Operations Management
- Develop and execute overall strategies and content plans for the company’s new media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
- Oversee daily content publishing, campaign planning, follower engagement, and community operations to enhance brand influence and user loyalty.
Content Planning & Creative Output
- Based on the company's business characteristics, create high-quality and shareable original content (including text, images, short videos, live streams) to strengthen brand communication.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns around major events such as holidays, product launches, and industry conferences.
Data Analysis & Optimization
- lMonitor operational data across all new media platforms, analyze user behavior and engagement performance, and propose optimization strategies to continuously improve visibility, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Sales departments to ensure new media content aligns with overall company strategy and marketing activities.
- Connect with external media, content creators, and KOLs to expand brand exposure channels.
Team Building & Management
- Build and lead the new media team, establish work standards and performance benchmarks, and train team members to improve their professional capabilities.
