Launchpad is a digital growth agency helping brands scale through performance-driven marketing, automation, and modern content strategy. We work with clients across diverse industries, delivering innovative solutions including TikTok Marketing, AI Sales Automation, branding, creative production, and full-funnel advertising.

We are expanding our creative and strategy team and are looking for a Social Media Manager who can elevate our online presence and build strong content systems for both Launchpad and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement strategic content plans for Launchpad and selected client accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Analyse industry trends, audience insights, and platform updates to continuously improve performance.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
   

Content Creation & Management

• Work closely with creative teams to ideate and produce high-quality, platform-appropriate content (short-form videos, graphics, captions, storytelling).
• Write engaging, polished captions that follow each brand’s tone of voice.
• Oversee all content creation pipelines — from concept to final posting.
   

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across all channels.
• Build strong, positive relationships with communities through timely and professional responses.
• Identify opportunities for organic brand-building through conversations, trends, and partnerships.
   

Analytics & Reporting

• Track content performance and platform growth weekly and monthly.
• Generate actionable insights and suggest optimisations based on data.
• Present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
   

Campaign Management

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, paid content, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management (agency experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video trends.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage multiple brands at once.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and digital culture.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team.
