<li>Develop and implement strategic content plans for Launchpad and selected client accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.</li>
<li>Analyse industry trends, audience insights, and platform updates to continuously improve performance.</li>
<li>Plan, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Content Creation &amp; Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with creative teams to ideate and produce high-quality, platform-appropriate content (short-form videos, graphics, captions, storytelling).</li>
<li>Write engaging, polished captions that follow each brand’s tone of voice.</li>
<li>Oversee all content creation pipelines — from concept to final posting.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Community Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across all channels.</li>
<li>Build strong, positive relationships with communities through timely and professional responses.</li>
