• Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
   
• Collaborate with the content and video teams to develop creative ideas that align with brand goals
   
• Optimize content formats (images, short videos, captions, thumbnails) to suit each platform and audience
   
• Work closely with the design and video editing teams to ensure high-quality visual execution
   
• Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and copy that reflect the brand’s tone and voice
   
• Monitor trends, memes, and current events to tap into timely and relevant content opportunities
   
• Schedule and manage daily posts, ensuring consistency across all platforms
   
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for content improvements
   
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging features
   
• Use tools, apps, and AI creatively to enhance content output and turnaround time

Job Requirements

• Experience in social media management or content creation
   
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and their best practices
   
• Proficient in writing engaging captions and creating platform-optimized content
   
• Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
   
• Up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and internet culture
   
• Ability to brainstorm creative content ideas and translate them into actionable posts
   
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content calendars
   
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
   
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
