We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support (For ICT) to join our team. A Technical Support leverages technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to sell complex products or services—often in IT, Electronic, Surveillance, or Smart Home Technology sectors. They act as a bridge between the technical world and the client, providing solutions that align with customer needs and driving revenue growth through consultation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and challenges.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, delivering advice tailored to client needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training.
• Support configuration and maintenance of CCTV/IP camera systems including NVRs/DVRs, and remote viewing applications.
• Document customer issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff.
• Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Participate in testing new products and preparing setup documentation or guides.
• Provide on-site support & project managed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage pipelines through RFQs, tenders, and quotations.
• Work alongside teams from design, production, quality, marketing, R&D, and senior management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently completed a minimum diploma in IT/ Electronics/ Electrical or related field.
• Basic understanding of electronics, networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, NAT, etc.) added advantage.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
