<p>We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy <strong>Technical Support (For ICT) </strong>to join our team. A Technical Support leverages technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to sell complex products or services—often in IT, Electronic, Surveillance, or Smart Home Technology sectors. They act as a bridge between the technical world and the client, providing solutions that align with customer needs and driving revenue growth through consultation and support.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and challenges.</li>
<li>Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, delivering advice tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training.</li>
<li>Support configuration and maintenance of CCTV/IP camera systems including NVRs/DVRs, and remote viewing applications.</li>
<li>Document customer issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff.</li>
<li>Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs.</li>
<li>Participate in testing new products and preparing setup documentation or guides.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support &amp; project managed.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage pipelines through RFQs, tenders, and quotations.</li>
<li>Work alongside teams from design, production, quality, marketing, R&amp;D, and senior management.</li>
