<li>Configure, integrate, and fine-tune system settings according to specific project and site requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field and client issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution support.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients on system commissioning, user training, and post-installation support.</li>
<li>Provide on-site technical assistance and system testing during deployment and acceptance stages.</li>
<li>Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues, monitor progress, and ensure closure of outstanding cases.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and user manuals for internal and client reference.</li>
<li>Generate weekly/monthly performance and incident reports summarizing uptime, issues, and resolutions.</li>
