Job Description

• Oversee the daily operation and performance of ANPR and Access Control systems, ensuring optimal functionality of both hardware and software components.
• Configure, integrate, and fine-tune system settings according to specific project and site requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field and client issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution support.
• Coordinate with clients on system commissioning, user training, and post-installation support.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and system testing during deployment and acceptance stages.
• Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues, monitor progress, and ensure closure of outstanding cases.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and user manuals for internal and client reference.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance and incident reports summarizing uptime, issues, and resolutions.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technical support, system integration, or project implementation roles.
• Familiar with computer networking and system configuration, such as IP networking, IP camera setup, and basic programming or SQL knowledge (advantageous).
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities, especially for field-deployed systems.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites when required.
• Able to respond on short notice and work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented personnel who is capable of managing tasks within tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about technology, eager to learn and adapt in a challenging tech company environment.
