We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry, documentation, and filing of accounting records including printing and digital archiving.
• Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct routine bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure proper coordination on accounting matters.
• Assist the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors/ seniors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply!
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
