As our Accounting Assistant, you will:

<li>Assist in handling daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and official documents &nbsp;</li>
<li>Record and update financial transactions in the accounting system &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliation to ensure records are accurate &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare basic monthly financial reports &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing documents for audit and tax submission &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding payments when necessary &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the management team in any finance-related matters</li>
</ul>
