<li>Develop and execute creative and original design concepts for gift products, including but not limited to greeting cards, stationery, gift boxes, packaging, and personalized items.</li>
<li>Create and design captivating graphics, illustrations, layouts and other visual elements for digital and print mediums.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to website, marketing materials, social media assets, and presentations.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.</li>
<li>Conduct research on current market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design concepts to stay ahead and provide fresh and appealing designs.</li>
<li>Utilize design software and tools to bring your concepts to life, considering factors such as color schemes, typography, and composition.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.</li>
<li>Manage printing process for project and in-house materials</li>
<li>Maintain organized design files and documentation, including sketches, digital assets, and design specifications, for reference and future use.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and new materials, exploring ways to incorporate them into product designs.</li>
<li>Continuously seek feedback and actively participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to improve designs and foster a collaborative and creative environment.</li>
