Problem Solver | Client Handler | Project Gatekeeper

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can own projects end-to-end, make decisions, and solve problems - not just pass messages.

We’re not looking for a messenger.
We’re looking for someone who can handle criticals.

If you think being an Account Manager means:

  • Client says something → you forward it to the team
  • Team can’t deliver → you forward it back to the client
  • Things go wrong → you forward it to the boss

THEN THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU.

But if you’re someone who:

  • Can hear what the client actually wants - not just what they say
  • Knows when to push back, and how to do it professionally
  • Thinks in solutions before escalating problems
  • Can stand in the middle of chaos and bring clarity

  • Clients are sometimes unclear and demanding
  • Execution teams have limits, unable to meet with client's expectations
  • When projects break, founders get dragged into firefighting

WE NEED AN ACCOUNT MANAGER THAT CAN HOLD THE LINE.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Understand client briefs and assist to make it actual and realistic
  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for execution teams
  • Ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are realistic and aligned
  • Act as the first-level problem solver when issues arise
  • Align client expectations with execution reality
  • Coordinate internal teams and drive projects to completion
  • Identify risks early and propose solutions before problems escalate
  • Protect the internal team and client relationship

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account servicing / client servicing within a marketing or creative agency
  • Mature understanding of marketing strategy, content, creative campaigns, or production workflows
  • Able to think critically and break down vague client requests into structured briefs
  • Confident communicator who can negotiate timelines, scope, and expectations
  • Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes

 

This role is NOT for you if:

  • You avoid difficult conversations
  • You’re afraid of the conflict between client expectations and the internal team. 
  • You expect the manangement team to handle every tough client
  • You prefer passing responsibility instead of owning outcomes
