<p>This position will be responsible for providing support for existing financial systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Infrasys POS, and Central Reservation Systems), including maintaining transaction code hierarchy, designing and creating reports, providing testing and training as well as coordinating with IT to maintain system security, assign roles and permissions, migrate and back up financial data, troubleshooting system issues, among other duties. This position will also require collaboration with financial system end-users, understanding their needs and their impact on financial reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with different stakeholders for system administrator tasks including assign access rights, maintain system security and, create and maintain chart of account</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day technical assistance to users of financial systems</li>
<li>Assist in planning and coordinating the implementation of system upgrade projects, change requests and system release</li>
<li>Communicate with different stakeholders within the company and prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring major project activities and rollout plans</li>
<li>Provide reporting and weekly update on all on-going projects</li>
<li>Prepare User Acceptance Test plans, and provide support and training to end-users</li>
<li>Work closely with external vendors for any new financial system(s) implementation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required</li>
