Job Description
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies.
Receiving & Stock Management
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect product quality
- Record and update Goods Received Notes and inventory systems.
Issuing & Dispatch
- Ensure proper documentation for materials issued and returned.
- Support order packing, and preparation for delivery when needed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inventory documents.
- Assist in documenting stock variance after audits.
System & Data Accuracy
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately entered into the system.
- Support continuous improvements in inventory processes.
Job Requirements
- SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Organized and disciplined.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
