- Minimum Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm/Writing/Advertising or similar
- Proven experience in copywriting within an advertising, creative, or event activation agency.
- Strong command of English (and other languages is a plus) with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience in crafting pitch decks and presentation materials.
- Fun, positive, and energetic personality – able to bring good vibes to the team.
- A strong team player who can collaborate well with different departments.
- Able to handle stress and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Good time management and organizational skills – able to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Confident in presenting ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Able to work on-site in Phileo Damansara.
- Comfortable working with alcohol brands and other lifestyle industries.
