Job Description
- Evaluate and hire copywriters who can create great content.
- Identify and prioritize target categories based on purpose, firmographics, and demographics.
- Research on titles and topics which are most likely to genereate the most traffic.
- Finalize the titles and topics for copywriters.
- Work with copywriters to write engaging blog posts that rank well on Google.
- Optimize content for SEO to boost visibility and organic traffic.
- Track blog performance to find top posts to expand on.
- Manage the content creation process.
- Ensure high-quality and up-to-date content.
- Lead a campaign team to develop and implement activities according to the strategy, troubleshooting and adjusting as needed.
- Focus on continuous improvement, experimentation, and optimizing lead campaigns.
- Handle monthly campaign impact reporting, analysis discussions, and weekly activity updates.
- Use data to analyze content performance and improve strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, live content, and video production.
Job Requirements
You have:
- experience either being a copywriter, or running a small team of copywriters
- experience researching for the best topics and titles
- a good grasp of the English language
- experience in doing research and data analytics (bonus)
- a track record of ranking well on SEO (bonus)
We expect you to be a team-player and also be able to figure out solutions on your own with a little guidance. We will afford you considerable latitude when it comes to figuring out solutions for problems.
