Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
-To prepare monthly advertising analysis and analyse campaign performance.
- Update and maintain corporate website contents.
-Administer Jump Retail’s Whatsapp Business Account and support lead communications.
-Assist to lead the content creation for digital content for our social media.
-Coordinate with external digital agency for content creation and internal liasons.
-Assist in planning and executing internal staff events and communications
- Provide administrative support to the team and handle ad-hoc matters.

-1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
-Basic knowledge of digital analysis tool
- Hands-on experience with pre & post product of video content creation
- Creative and resourceful
-Good interpersonal skills
-Good communication skills – English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (is an added advantage)
- Good planning and organization skills
- Problem solving skills & Decision-making skills
