We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Si Ha Mala Enterprise' in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and directing the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel
  • Ensuring all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service
