Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max)
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimize ROAS and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Develop landing page strategies in collaboration with the content/creative team
- Manage budgets and continuously improve cost efficiency
- Keep up to date with the latest Google Ads best practices, trends, and updates
- Support overall digital marketing efforts including remarketing, funnel strategies, and lead generation
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio)
- Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
- Proficient in keyword research tools and A/B testing
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and deliver outcomes
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or equivalent
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
- Experience in the education, ed-tech, or service industry
- Google Ads Certification
