Senior Digital Campaign Performance Specialist
📍 Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid/Remote | Full-Time
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Specialist with at least min 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. If you’re passionate about driving results through data, testing new strategies, and scaling campaigns — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA).
- Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and growth hacks.
What We’re Looking For
- min 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Solid understanding of performance metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager.
- Analytical thinker with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Eager to experiment, test, and push boundaries to improve results.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio.

- Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
