Senior Digital Campaign Performance Specialist

📍 Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid/Remote | Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Specialist with at least min 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. If you’re passionate about driving results through data, testing new strategies, and scaling campaigns — we’d love to meet you!


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA).
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to produce high-performing ad assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and growth hacks.

What We’re Looking For

  • min 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager.
  • Analytical thinker with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Eager to experiment, test, and push boundaries to improve results.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio.
